Disc Golf Course at Frank Liske Park
The Grand Opening of the Rotary Club of Cabarrus County’s Disc Golf Course at Frank Liske Park was held on May 31, 2014! The course is standard tournament size, 18 hole course and was created through club fundraising and Rotary District Matching Grants. The Rotary Club also hosts an Spring Fling Disc Golf Tournament.

Dog Run at Vietnam Veterans Park
In May of 2017, the Cabarrus Rotary Club held a dedication ceremony for it’s “dog run”, a fenced in area where dogs can play at the park. The area is located at Vietnam Veterans Park, 760 Orphanage Road, Concord. Cabarrus Rotary Club constructed the dog run area.
Thanks to Rotary District matching grants and club fundraising, this project became a reality for the many dog lovers in our community.

Rotary Harmony Park
Rotary Harmony Park brings a new form of outdoor recreation to Cabarrus County with 6 outdoor musical instruments in a beautiful setting at Frank Liske Park that is accessible to people of all ages and abilities. The park features Freenotes musical instruments which were invented by Grammy Award-Winning musician Richard Cooke and are innovatively designed to be durable, sustainable, and perfectly tuned sound sculptures that enhance any outdoor space.
